Welcome to my life. It's crazy, filled with love, and often a bit messy. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Happy New Year!
What an interesting year this one will be. At midnight Jon bent over and said to Limer, "This is your year!" How crazy? Limer will join our little family in just a few months. =)
This week I've been playing more music for Limer. For Christmas I got Jon a cd called Songs for Wiggleworms from the Old Town School of Folk Music. I put it on my ipod and play it for short periods of time for Limer. He likes to kick around while it plays. The other night I was even able to see my tummy moving a little from his kicks. Yay!
I've been staying on top of my exercising using the Wii Fit. That thing is addicting which is probably good since I'm usually bad at following through with exercise. I especially like the advanced stepping routine for my cardio. What a good workout for a pregnant lady. The yoga poses have also been great for my balance. So far I haven't noticed it being too bad, but I've heard that the bigger you get the more off balance you feel.
Also, there hasn't been too much growth with my belly, but I feel it coming on soon. The other day all of my muscles were sore. I'm just waiting to wake up one day and see this huge tummy that wasn't there when I went to sleep.
Other news this week: Jon and I started our Bradley Method (natural childbirth) classes. They are definitely pretty intense, but I'm hoping for a good outcome. I've already read both of the Bradley books, but Jon thinks that he'll learn it better through being there for the classes. The teacher was telling the hubbies how they are in charge and need to make sure that nothing interrupts the relaxation of the woman while in labor. Now, if only I can give up all that control. =) The other thing that seems like it's going to be pretty tough is complete relaxation. I've always had trouble relaxing when doctors are checking things out. At least I've got quite a bit of time to practice. This whole birth thing is being more and more real everyday. It's totally crazy to think that in 4 short months there will be a little guy living at home with Jon and I. Yikes! Well, I think that's it. Nighty night.
